Tip of the Day

Comfort Zone
Periodically get out of your comfort zone to pursue something important. Many times you will feel uncomfortable in implementing a needed change in technology, people, mission, competing, etc. For the company and you to grow personally, you sometimes have to step out of your comfort zone. Bob Reiss

Retirement

Retirement is something we all look forward to. A time to relax and enjoy life after working 40+ years. There was a time when our golden years weren't so many, but now we live much, much longer. Sometimes those retirement years can easily exceed 20 or 30 years.

It is because of that, we need to really focus on how we will set ourselves up financially to live out those years with some degree of comfort. Age is a very important factor when setting up a retirement plan. The older one starts out their plan, the more aggressive their plan will have to be. The younger generations have the biggest advantages because they simply have time. So for the young to acquire a sizable nest egg it requires very little, but yet a steady amount put away each month.
