Competition – “They” or “WE”

Competition – “They” or “WE”

  1. Will you have competition? If not, Why not.
  2. It is important to know who your competition is whether they are a big company, small business, local, nation or international. To find your competitors search the Web, local and national membership organizations, the yellow pages and other directories.
  3. Research each competitor’s stats such as: years in business and how they are doing. Contact them. You might be able to subcontract or get over load work from them. But BEWARE, if they are closed-mouthed or cut throat they may not be a good allies or there may not be enough business to go around.
  4. How will your product or service differ or be better? To find out, you must see or experience what others offer.
